Where what comes next begins.
Clinical AI, taken further than anyone thought it could go.

A voice companion for every family
More than one in five Australians speak a language other than English at home. For their families, an English-only intake form is where the gaps begin.

The companion reads each question aloud, listens, and fills in the form turn by turn. It explains a question when a parent is unsure, reads back dates and phone numbers, and lets them switch to typing at any point. Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Greek, Italian and more.
We are choosing a small group of pilot practices now, and they will shape what it becomes.
Turn by turn
One question at a time, each answer saved to the form as it is given.
Your clinic's forms
Clinics set how each question is asked, with examples and plain-language explanations.
Consent first
The microphone starts only after a parent agrees, and that consent is recorded.
On the phone too
It can answer calls, check who is calling and hand over to your team.
Made ready for health
It recognises distress and hands the conversation to a person, and every release is tested against the clinical bar.
The answer to AI's privacy problem.
A small language model finds and removes identifying details on the clinician's device, before any text reaches a larger AI model.

Fine-tuned for clinical text, it reads each note on the device and replaces names, dates, addresses and record numbers with typed markers. Only the de-identified text goes on to a larger model.
On the device
Runs on the clinician's own computer, with no network access of its own.
Typed markers
Each detail becomes a marker such as [NAME] or [DATE], so the text still reads correctly.
Restored in place
The real details stay on the device and return to the draft there, and nowhere else.
Built for Australia
All 18 Safe Harbor identifier types, now extended to Medicare, NDIS and healthcare identifiers.
Tested on synthetic records
Benchmarked on synthetic paediatric notes, never on patient or practice data.
Also in the lab
How research reaches a practice
Nothing moves to the next stage until it clears the one before.
Synthetic data only
Lab trials use synthetic records and test traffic, never practice data.
Internal trial
The team proves it works, and that it holds up.
Pilot
A small group of practices use it and help shape it.
Release
It joins the platform under the same protections as everything else.
