About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. The website is run by Syntropic Health Pty Ltd (ACN 703 272 093), trading as Syntropic Health ("we", "us"), of 162–164 Lime Avenue, Mildura VIC 3500. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

The website and the platform

This website describes the Syntropic Health clinical platform, shares our research and resources, and lets you contact us or book a demo.

Use of the platform itself is covered by a separate written agreement between us and your practice. That agreement sets out the service, support, data handling, security and service levels. If that agreement and this website differ, the agreement applies.

Our product and research

We describe our product accurately and keep these pages current. The platform keeps improving, so features and descriptions change over time. Work we describe as research, in the lab or in pilot is not yet a generally available feature. We will confirm what is available to your practice in a demo, a written proposal or your agreement.

AI and clinical judgement

The platform's AI drafts; the clinician decides. Every AI-drafted note, report or summary is reviewed by a qualified clinician before it becomes part of a record. Responsibility for clinical decisions stays with the treating clinician.

Content on this website is general information. It is not clinical advice, a diagnosis or a substitute for a qualified health professional's judgement. Using the website does not create a clinician–patient relationship.

Using the website

You may view the website and share links to its pages for any lawful purpose. Please do not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the website or disrupt it;
• scrape or copy it in a way that affects its availability;
• pretend to be someone else;
• submit information you are not entitled to share.

Website forms are not for patient records or urgent clinical matters. In an emergency, call 000. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.

Our content

The website, including its text, design, images and marks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it only as the law allows or with our written permission.

We link to other websites for context. Their operators are responsible for their content and privacy practices.

Availability

We work to keep the website available and accurate. We may update, correct or remove content, and may pause access for security, maintenance or legal reasons.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
